Finzer provides an automated tool that utilizes generative artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze financial statements uploaded by the user. The Service extracts, classifies, and presents financial data. Users have the ability to edit, re-organize, and download this data.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up-to-date.

3. User-Uploaded Content
You retain all ownership rights to the financial documents you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Finzer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service as described herein.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload or process any data that is unlawful, malicious, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You acknowledge that the accuracy of the AI-generated analysis is not guaranteed and that the Service is provided as a tool to assist, not replace, professional financial judgment.

5. Monetization and Subscription Services (Future Provision)
Finzer reserves the right to introduce paid subscription plans or other monetization features in the future. Users will be notified in advance of any such changes. Continued use of new or existing features after such changes may require payment.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Finzer makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data generated. In no event shall Finzer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
